The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the obligations performed under these Terms of Use, TOS and/or any Additional Agreements.


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OncTag, its employees, attorneys and agents, from and against any and all Losses asserted against or incurred by OncTag that arise out of, result from, or may be payable because of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these Terms of Use, TOS and Additional Agreements or any other liabilities arising out of your subscription to or use of the Website and/or the Mobile application

Term and Termination

Subject to the provisions of this Clause, these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use any Service in any form or capacity.

OncTag may suspend or terminate your use of the Website and/or the Mobile application at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without serving any notice or explanation. Without prejudice to OncTag’ rights under these Terms of Use to suspend or terminate your use of the Website and/or the Mobile application without any reason or for other reasons specified elsewhere in these Terms of Use, OncTag may suspend or terminate your use of the Website and/or the Mobile application without any notice if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that:

  • you have breached, violated, abused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any provisions of these Terms of Use, TOS and/or Additional Agreements or have otherwise acted in an unlawful or unethical manner;
  • the information/details provided by you cannot be verified or authenticated;
  • your actions may infringe on any third party rights or otherwise result in any liability for OncTag and/or other Users.

OncTag reserves the right to recover any amounts due and owing by the User to OncTag and/or any Supplier and take any legal action for recovery thereof as it deems necessary.

Upon suspension or termination of your use of the Website and/or Mobile application, you shall have no right and we shall have no obligation thereafter to execute any of your uncompleted tasks or forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party. Once the User's registration or the Services are suspended or terminated, any data that you may have stored on the Website and/or Mobile application may not be retrieved later. In such an event, OncTag shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to you as a consequence of such suspension or termination

Once the User has been indefinitely suspended or terminated, the User may not register on the Website and/or Mobile application or use the Website and/or Mobile application in any manner whatsoever unless specifically permitted OncTag.

Privacy Policy

This website www.onctag.com is henceforth referred to as “onctag” which includes its affiliates, successors and permitted assigns.

In the course of using this website or availing the products and services via the online application forms and questionnaires, OncTag and its affiliates may become privy to the personal information of its users, including information that is of a confidential nature. Collection of Information

During the use of the website, OncTag may collect and process information from the users, including but not limited to the below mentioned:

OncTag will take such steps as it considers reasonably necessary to ensure that the users’ information is treated securely and in accordance with the Policy.

In using the website, the users accept the inherent security implications of data transmission over the internet and the World Wide Web cannot always be guaranteed as completely secure. Therefore, the use of the website will be at the own risk of the users.

OncTag assumes no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorised third party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond its reasonable control and the user agrees not to hold OntTag responsible for any breach of security unless such breach has been caused as a direct result of gross negligence or wilful default by OncTag.

In the event OncTag becomes aware of any breach of the security of the users’ information, it will promptly notify the users and take appropriate action to the best of its ability to remedy such a breach.


This Policy does not apply to any information other than information collected by OncTag through the website including such information collected in accordance with the clause on “Collection of Information” above. This Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information provided by the users through this website or through any other means. Web beacons

The users are encouraged to carefully read the privacy policy of any website that they visit.

Social media widgets

The website includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook “Like” button and Widgets, or interactive mini-programs that run on the website. These features may collect the users’ IP address, which page the users are visiting on the website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. In the event OncTag modifies this Privacy Policy, the same will be updated on the website. These policy may be changed, but any changes will be posted and changes will only apply to activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive basis. No waiver

Governing law or dispute resolution

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and subject to the provisions of arbitration set out herein, the courts at Cuttack shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.

If any dispute arises between OncTag and the user in connection with or arising out of the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the Policy, such dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

There shall be one (1) arbitrator and the seat of the arbitration shall be Cuttack, India.

The language of the arbitration proceedings and of all written decisions and correspondence relating to the arbitration shall be English.

Foreign jurisdiction

OncTag makes no representation that the content contained on the website is appropriate or compliant or to be used or accessed outside of the Republic of India. If the users use or access the website from outside the Republic of India, they do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of such jurisdiction.
