The state has the "Chief Minister’s Relief fund" and provides health coverage to patients who are residents of Kerala with an annual income less than 1 lakh. The quantum of benefit is between 10,000 to 1 lakh rupees decided on a case to case basis.

How to apply

Application should be submitted in the prescribed format, It can be sent by Fax but followed by hard copy.

Documentation Required

Medical Certificate taken within a period of six months

Voters ID Card

Application should be submitted to Village Office/ Taluk Office/ Collectorate

In the case of death, copies of Death certificate, FIR, Post Mortem certificates
